radc eNTERPRISES

We have filed a potential class action lawsuit against the gas station operator RADC Enterprises, Inc. (“RADC”) for wage and hour violations. We have requested RADC to provide the authorized time and payroll records of current and former employees, but RADC is currently not complying with this request.

We are currently looking to add an employee who worked for RADC Enterprises, Inc. in 2022 or earlier as a new plaintiff for this case. NORMAL LIFE OF CALIFORNIA

We have filed a potential class action lawsuit against the senior care center, Normal Life of California for wage and hour violations. BOEING COMPANY

July 11,2024: Los Angeles Superior Court granted class certification for all non-union current and former hourly-paid or non-exempt employees who worked a 9/80 alternative workweek schedule within the State of California between April 3, 2015 to the present. Jury trial is scheduled to begin on February 2, 2026.

October 24, 2024: Kern County Superior Court granted Plaintiff’s Final Approval of Class Action Settlement.

April 12, 2019: Jury returns verdict in favor of plaintiffs’ claims regarding meal breaks.

February 11, 2020: The Court denied all post-trial motions.

May 14, 2021: Both sides filed appeals. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals held oral argument on this date. A link to the recording is here.

June 30, 2022: In an unpublished memorandum, the 9th Circuit upheld the plaintiffs’ jury verdict. A link to the decision is here. In a published opinion, the 9th Circuit allowed the plaintiffs to proceed on the PAGA claims. A link to the decision is here. We are continuing to seek more money for the workers at the Chino warehouse under the revived Private Attorneys’ General Act claim.
