November 30, 2023: Court granted Plaintiffs’ Final Approval of Class Action Settlement.

The Settlement Class includes: all persons who are current or former employees of one or more of the Employer Defendants who worked in California and held one or more of the following job titles during the Released Claims Period: Group Aerobics, Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, or Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Classes. The Settlement Class excludes those persons who previously executed settlement agreements with Defendants after the commencement of this Action and who, after deduction of any amount received under a prior settlement from the pro rata share of the Net Settlement Amount, would not be entitled to receive any compensation under this Settlement.

The settlement has been fully funded as of February 2024. Payments were sent via mail on February 12, 2024.

June 18, 2021: Court granted Plaintiffs’ Final Approval of Class Action Settlement.

The Settlement Class includes: all current and former non-exempt employees of Ochoa Striping Services, Inc. who worked in California at any point from September 10, 2015 to December 11, 2020, exclusive of members who are or were at any time related to Luis Ochoa by blood or marriage.

The settlement has been fully funded as of February 2024. Payments were sent via mail  on February 15, 2024.

Kenai Drilling

December 9, 2019: Court entered an Order Granting Final Approval of Class Action Settlement. The Settlement was for a combined $937,500 for two separate cases against Kenai.
