Brian G. Lee
Brian Lee is an attorney with Yoon Law specializing in class and representative actions. Primarily devoted to the practice of wage and hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions in state and federal court, Mr. Lee represents employees in cases involving allegations of meal and rest break violations, unpaid minimum and overtime wages, unpaid vacation, employee misclassification, and unpaid reimbursements. He has substantial experience in all aspects of complex litigation including pre-filing investigation, formal and informal discovery, motion practice, class certification, settlement, and appellate work. Since joining the firm in 2016, Mr. Lee has been appointed as class counsel on behalf of thousands of employees, and has helped secure multiple seven figure settlements.
Mr. Lee also has experience litigating single-plaintiff matters, including individual wage and hour, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases. He has served as co-lead counsel in arbitration matters successfully litigated through hearing.
Mr. Lee graduated from USC Law School in 2014. While in law school, Mr. Lee held summer positions with the United States Department of Homeland Security and a national AmLaw 100 law firm.
