Garrett Ramsey v. Geo Guidance drilling services, inc.

On May 13, 2024, Plaintiff presented a motion for the Court for preliminary approval of a class and collective action settlement. On June 5, 2024, the Court granted the motion. Notices were mailed out on July 8, 2024 by the Settlement Administrator.

Hearing on Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement shall be held on October 7, 2024 at 8:30 a.m.

in Division J of the Kern County Superior Court, located at 1215 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California 93301. You may be able to appear or observe remotely. Please contact us for instructions on how to request remote access prior to that date.

Deadline for Class Members to submit challenges to your workweeks or object to the settlement is September 6, 2024.

For receipt of payments, the settlement provides for a 12 month payment plan, with the last payment occurring at the end of 2025. As a result, Class and Collective Members should not expect payments until early 2026. Please update the Settlement Administrator of any change of address.
